Night in Bethlehem

Often we get caught up in all the festivities, eating drinking, giving and receiving of gifts and often we forget the real reason for Christmas. That night long ago in Bethlehem….

I always like to buy a new ‘reason for the season’ set and this year Stampin’ Up haven’t let me down. The Night in Bethlehem bundle is simply beautiful.

Tonight I used it to create a beautiful shadow box card for my class.

I love the clean crisp lines of whisper white and night of navy, and whilst this might look complicated to create it really is such a simple card once you’ve worked out the base.

The star is silver foil and three front tie of building are raised on dimensionals.

I used silver embossing for the sentiment.

This is not just a Christmas card it’s a beautiful keepsake that can be displayed for many years to come.

If you would like the instructions to make this card I’m giving them away free with orders of the bundle or for £3.50 to receive a PDF tutorial featuring a photograph and text step by step guide including all measurements and supplies you need to make you’re own.  Just leave me a comment if you would like to receive this tutorial.

I can’t wait to get some time to design more cards with this bundle but that will have to wait until next week as I’m getting ready for Stampin’ Up! Onstage event at the weekend…. excited!!

Catch up soon, God Bless you this holiday season and all year round!
